This banana bread is so easy to make and the perfect way to stop wasting bananas!

Ingredients | Instructions |

| Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. |
| Step 2 In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar using a hand mixer. |
| Step 3 Mash bananas with a fork until it looks like chunky applesauce. Whisk together the eggs in a separate bowl. |
| Step 4 Add mashed bananas and whisked eggs to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix to combine ingredients using the hand mixer. |
| Step 5 Add flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract to the bowl and combine ingredients. |
| Step 6 Butter a loaf pan then pour in mixture. |
| Step 7 Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when stuck in the top middle. |
| Step 8 Let banana bread rest for a few minutes before serving. |
