This jalapeño bacon cheddar cheese ball is easy to make and so delicious! This is a perfect snack for any event. Add this to a charcuterie board or serve it with some crackers as a Football Sunday tailgate snack.

Ingredients | Instructions |
---|---|
| Step 1 In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until soft. |
| Step 2 Add cheddar cheese and beat with hand mixer until combined. |
| Step 3 Add garlic powder, jalapeños and bacon. Beat until evenly distributed. |
| Step 4 Use your hands to form mixture into a ball. |
| Step 5 Cover the cheese ball fully in cling wrap and place in the refrigerator to set for about 1 hour. |
Step 6 Serve on a charcuterie board or with your choice of crackers. For transportation, you can leave the cheese ball in cling wrap and place in a plastic container. If you can, try to keep it slightly chilled. Unwrap and serve! You can also let the cheese sit out to warm up for 30 minutes before serving to make it softer. |
