Ingredients | Instructions |

| Step 1 Wash and dry celery. Dice onions and celery to about same size. |
| Step 2 In a pan, add celery, onions, and butter. Cook on medium-low heat until onions are translucent. Set aside to cool. |
| Step 3 Cut bread loaves into 1-inch cubes and place in a large bowl. Use kitchen scissors to cut apricots into small pieces. Set aside. |
| Step 4 In a large bowl, combine cut bread, eggs, cut apricots, cranberry sauce, water, dried marjoram, and onion/celery mixture. Mix to combine ingredients. |
| Step 5 Pour into baking dish and bake for 1 hour on 375 degrees Fahrenheit OR use the stuffing to stuff turkey and leave in until turkey is ready!** |

** We usually have enough to stuff the turkey AND cook some leftover in a baking dish. If you have the same situation, use the recommended time and temperature.
